1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed in the booking or contract. Service details, pricing, and schedule will be confirmed before the appointment.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service.

​

4. Access to Property

You must provide access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, the service may be cancelled and a fee may apply.

5. Damage & Liability

​

We take care when cleaning, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are fragile, broken, or improperly maintained. If damage occurs due to negligence, we will review and address it on a case-by-case basis.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and may offer a re-clean at no extra cost.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the new date.
