Refund Policy

At  Variety Professional Cleaners Australia, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services, and we aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

  • We are unable to resolve the issue through a re-clean

  • The service was not completed as agreed

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Requests made after 24 hours of service completion

  • Services altered or interfered with after cleaning

  • Pre-existing conditions such as permanent stains, damage, or wear

  • Cancellations made outside our cancellation policy​

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
